23bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 23bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 23bd website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 23bd platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. 23bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

To register and use the 23bd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 23bd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request identity documents to verify age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not register as players.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or otherwise have requested exclusion from gambling services.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

23bd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a player's use of the platform. Where verification cannot be completed, 23bd may restrict or close the account and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 23bd platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under other identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 23bd support immediately.

• You must notify 23bd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 23bd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 23bd account to place bets or access the platform on your behalf.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 23bd account or any balance within it to any other party.

23bd employs SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no internet-based system is entirely immune to security risks and that 23bd cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account against all potential threats.

Deposits

23bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account status.
• Deposits are credited to your 23bd balance instantly in the majority of cases. Where a delay occurs, players should allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• 23bd does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 23bd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your 23bd account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid National ID card or passport.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times are typically within 24 hours during Bangladesh business hours (BST, UTC+6) for verified accounts.

23bd offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and other Bangladesh-relevant occasions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a player's account as bonus funds and are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on the platform; they may not be withdrawn directly.
• 23bd reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any promotion at any time where it determines that the promotion is being abused, manipulated, or exploited contrary to its intended purpose.
• Players found to be participating in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear a wagering requirement — will forfeit their bonus balance and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who have enrolled in the self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or activate any bonus.

Specific bonus terms — including game eligibility, time limits, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings — are communicated at the point of each promotion. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 23bd platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Errors made by the player in placing a bet — including staking an incorrect amount, selecting the wrong market, or misreading odds — are the player's responsibility and are not grounds for a refund.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds published due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — 23bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts, regardless of the displayed outcome.
• The minimum stake per bet or game round is determined by the individual game or betting market and is displayed within the game interface or odds screen. Players must not attempt to bypass minimum stake limits through multiple simultaneous wagers.
• All casino games on 23bd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are audited by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random and not manipulated by the platform or by any player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 23bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. 23bd employs transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Collusion with other players or 23bd staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to interact with the 23bd platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or display errors to gain an advantage. Players who discover a technical error must report it to 23bd support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Registering an account while under the age of 21, or assisting a minor in accessing the 23bd platform.

23bd monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and all associated funds may be frozen pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, 23bd reserves the right to share account information with law enforcement authorities.

23bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income, and 23bd strongly encourages all players to set personal limits before they begin playing. Responsible gaming tools available to all 23bd account holders include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 23bd platform without prior written authorisation from 23bd.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 23bd's liability to you in connection with the platform and your use of it is limited as follows:

• 23bd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, even if 23bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 23bd is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 23bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, 23bd will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the 23bd platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 23bd support.
